Maley Motorsports acting as a boutique brokerage facilitates the sourcing and sale of luxury and exotic vehicles. While we leverage an extensive private network to secure rare assets, clients acknowledge that all final decisions regarding acquisitions and sales rest with the respective legal owners of the vehicles.
Confidentiality is the cornerstone of our elite advantage. We protect the identities and financial interests of all private collectors. Any information shared regarding off-market inventory or private collections must be treated with equal discretion by the client.
Maley Motorsports reserves the right to modify these terms as necessary to maintain the highest standards of secure and elite service. Notice of significant changes will be communicated through our official channels or directly to active brokerage clients.

Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The place of arbitration shall be Fort Worth, Texas, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
By utilizing our services, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
